On December 7, the "First International Conference on the Frontiers of Materials Testing Technology" and "Seminar on the Frontiers of Service and Performance Testing of Materials and Electromechanical Products " was successfully held in Jilin University.The Conference washosted by Jilin University, China Instrument and Control Society, co-organized by China Machine Test Equipment Co., LTD and Jilin province Mechanical Engineering Society was held in Changchun, Jilin province from December 6, 2019 to December 8, 2019.

The Conference aims to promote the technical exchanges between domestic and foreign experts, scholars and industrial enterprises in the field of material test technology, accelerate the research process of new material test technology, new methods and new instruments, speed up the development of economic society and the progress of industrial technology, and promote the interaction between industry, universities and research institutes.

Keynote speeches were delivered by Professor Sung-Jin Song, Vice President of Sungkyunkwan University (Academician of the National Academy of Sciences of South Korea), Professor Hugo Sol of the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, Co-Chairman Chang-Sung Seok, Dean of School of Mechanical Engineering, Sungkyunkwan University(Academician of the National Academy of Engineering of South Korea), co-chairman of the conference, Professor Wang Zuankai of City University of Hong Kong, China, and Oleksandr V. Drozdov, Deputy Director of the Pisalenk Institute of Strength in Ukraine. 11 domestic and foreign scholars and business people from Peking University, Institute of Metal Research of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Harbin Institute of Technology, and East China University of Science and Technology gave invited reports on the theme of the conference.
